Department of Behavioral Health

BJACH Leadership

Welcome to the Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital (BJACH) Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about our Behavioral Health services. Upon entering our program you will be assigned a licensed therapist for an intake evaluation. The intake evaluation will determine what services will be provided for your individual treatment plan.

• The services that could be a part of your treatment plan include: counseling, testing,
   and medication

The intake appointment will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
Counseling appointments will take approximately 45 minutes.
Psychological-testing appointments will take approximately 60- 120 minutes.
Medication appointments with a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner will take
   approximately 15-30 minutes.

Please check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment in order to conduct the
Behavioral Health Data Platform (BHDP) Survey.

• The BHDP Survey is a valuable source of information your provider can use in your
treatment plan. Filling out the survey completely and honestly is very important.

Our ancillary services include:

• Family Advocacy Program (FAP): 531-2071

• TBI, ASAP, and In-patient services.

  · If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment, please
    contact DBH at 531-3922.

  · Hours of Operation: 0800-1600 Monday thru Friday

Remember, we are here to support and assist you in any way we can!
